FORMATION OF NEDB, North East Development Bank

I am thinking of forming a North East Development Bank in Canada. It will be registered with the Government of Canada and the shareholders/bondholders will be issued with Share/ Bond certificates. The funds will be invested in micro enterprises in the North and East of Sri Lanka, especially for widows and people who have no place to stand on. The shares or bonds are redeemable and will pay a good return. Transparency will be given top priority. Any one wants to be directors please let me know. I know, I know the critics will come out with all kinds of accusations. I want them all to keep their concerns for another day may be 10 years later. It is time to look forward.
PLEASE SEND IN YOUR IDEAS TO MAKE IT ALMOST PERFECT AND FUNCTIONAL.
