We need

1. 15,000 Tamil students to enrol in universities
2. 1000 students to enrol in legal profession
3. 1000 students to enter Harvard, Yale, Oxford, Cambridge, MIT etc.
4. At least 95% of the 15,000 must enrol in Engineering, Computer
Science, Investment Banking, Business Management, Accounting,
Chemical engineering and advanced material management. Political
Science, software development, emerging technologies, new technologies etc.
5. To file at least 100 International patents (Japan files 200,000 international patents per year)
6.. Investment bankers
7. Constitutional lawyers
8. Writers, Journalist and Creative artists
9.. Business experts, MBAs
10. Politicians, Members of the Parliament and City Councillors
11. 5000 new businesses of which 1000 industries
12. Unity experts, professionals and counsellors
13. Technology transfer experts
14. Inventors, Scientist and Researchers
15. Business multiplication and proliferation experts.

International collaborations
This is becoming an important area, where we work with rest of the world. We set up factories in China and we are doing one in Iran, because now we are becoming internationally recognized people. There is demand, not for coolies, but for experts, we don’t toil in the sweat shops but we discuss business ventures in board room. Therefore Tamils get on the plane go around the world make things to happen. When things happen in the world things will happen in Sri Lanka and our people can live with self esteem. Do it, Do it now! Do not subscribe to discrimination, minority status and inferiority.

The easiest way you can help the community is to help yourself and your family. We have come a long way since 1960 and how we remerged since 2009 is the proof of our perfect culture. We are back in the international forum asserting our right to freedom. THE WORLD WILL LISTEN OR WE WILL MAKE THEM LISTEN

The business world is so huge that every idea and every product has a market, so get on the web and do business. All you need is a computer, website and email. Business has never been so easy, so simple and so cheap.

The world is listening to us but we must make them to listen deeply and recognize us as unique people. We have to do it. Don’t ask for it, let us go and get it. Every Tamil must get involved and evolve the community to a much higher level. Soon after the 2009 debacle so many people gave up but they are coming back into the forum. 2009 was a blip and a small dip but the journey is on its upswing as always. Any one who trades in the stock market knows very well dips and valleys are part of the terrain but we are always going up.
From ZERO $ in 1983 we went to $1,500,000,000,000 in 25 years. When Money talks the whole world reverberates.
