HOW GOOD IS THE FINANCIAL HEALTH OF TAMILS WORLDWIDE?
This week I will focus of building wealth for Tamils and others. There is saying that whoever controls money controls everything else. So if we have to reclaim our status as world class Tamils we have to get control of our finances.
How many Tamils are millionaires? How many are minus millionaires. Once you are in debt you are indebted. Then you have very few choices. We all know how hard is it to save, but you know how hard it is for a jumbo jet to take off. Same idea of a jet. It takes a lot of hard choices and avoiding “unwanted expenses” to save a few pennies. But that is same for all. So don’t complain. I started my saving from day number one. I saved a few thousand dollars, bought a home, used the home and financed a tiny, tiny business. I worked relentlessly and paid off most of my debt. Now my cash flow is positive. It took 30 years. Now I am proud to be one of the 10 million millionaires in the world. Am I? Not until my people are free and clear. Freedom is the fundamental of all needs.
Okay, how do you want to do it? This is how you do it. You have to replace the subconscious mind operating system to deny certain wants and some of the needs. There is no other way to do it. You have to rewrite your operating systems and application programs within your subconscious mind. So now you are a brand new money machine. Every time you see a coffee shop you don’t stop, you keep going. If your neighbour buys a car, you don’t keep up with him or her. If the neighbour’s wife divorces you don’t. Divorce is a back breaker.
Okay now you have a few dollars saved; now you invest it. There are 4 ONLY investments. Others are fool and his money business.
Number one: ready, KNOWLEDGE. Surprised? I have 5000 books in my library. I buy several books at a time. I have a book called “Instant Millionaire”. See, I was in a hurry to get rich so I bought it. I hurried up, it took me 28 years to July 9th 2009. I hope the message is loud and clear.
Numero Duo, LAND with plenty of good clean water. Next war will be over water not oil.The earth is only 572689000 sq.miles or 148326000 sq.kilometer. There is no more. Good old God threw away the formula. When people are breeding like rabbits and living like pigs we need more areas for good living. So buy land and hold it, you will never go broke owning land. And the third investment is GOLD.
To do all these you need knowledge, even to get knowledge you need language knowledge. What is the language of the world? ENGLISH with 1,000,000 vocabularies it is a formidable language, it has a wide latitude and longitude. If Chinese are learning English there must be some good reason behind it.
The fourth asset is TIME. Longer you live, more you make, simple!. Take care of your empire state building, which is your brain. You need a chip of that size to replace the computing power of our brain. Time is also limited in supply, only way you can increase it is by increasing your life span. Around 45 of age, old age diseases such as Diabetes, Colesterol, High Blood Pressure, Alzheimer and Parkinson disease, and Cancer are waiting to kill you. It is almost same for all. Take right medication and food supplements.
There you are folks; this is the layman’s approach to wealth building. BUT this is of no use if you cannot read, write, speak and communicate in English.
Fool and his or her money will soon go in different directions.
The freedom of any person is un-negotiable and un-bargainable. It is either all or nothing. Death and freedom are synonymous
