RICH PEOPLE AND POOR PEOPLE!.....LARGE GAP!!

According to "Forbes", a US-magazine, there are 1125 billionares in 2008, but only 179 in 2007, this is due to the so called "Globalisation" success by some rich, selfish, arrogant, stingy,ignorant capitalists who only think about their pockets and never pay their employees a decent salary to live with dignity and happyness!Poverty became very serious problems and many suicides are reported by poor farmers,weavers,workers,black/goldsmiths,fishermen as well as victims of natural catasropes and umemployment.We read everyday in media about suicides in India, SL, China ,Pakistan,Bangladesh as well as African,LA countries!

Capitalists, Harward/Oxford/ Cambrige/Locally educated Finance Ministers,Intl.NGO leaders, UN, World Bank, IMF,ADB and other powerful,resourceful leaders of rich countries are still don't care about poor people and poor nations!Local leaders mostly westerntype educated lawers and lawmakers, Presidents, PMs,FMs,DMs,HMs,EMs are failing to recognise the urgent needs for political solutions and stablity/economic progress in poor countries like SL.

People of poor countries are hardworking, lawabiding,helping each other,kind and peaceful. But due to poverty,political instablity,internal conflicts,lack of funds,natural/manmade(civilwar) catrastropes,corruption among politicians/ bureaucrats ,brutal use of force by police/troops/ authorities , lack of freedom from rich countries(High job-immigration-visa restrictions/High tuitionfees for poor students) as well as poor countries(ex.Main A9 road/port/airport closure in North SL is a hinderance to economic growth.But GOSL refused to open it because GOSL/SLA earning good money by operating ship/air services which is very expensive and time consuming for poor people).Finance Minister of India is opening new banks often, but at the same time jobless people get 300-500 IRs as jobless benefit which is impossible to live.So rich become richer and poor becom poorer!!! Many people in TN,India lost their money in bogus finance companies almost everyday due to lack of controll of GOI/TNG as well as law-enforcing agencies.(ex.Gold Quest company fraud).New investmest ideas and Selfhelp Co-ops can be a solution for this problem.TN-Volunteer Service can be an example for other states in organising
jobless/skilled workers as a collective coo-ops!This can be sent worldwide(africa,Asia,LA,EU,NA as teachers, engineers,farmers,workers,computer experts etc etc)
We hope GOI,GOSL should be the pioneers in establishing National Voluteer Service to other countries both rich and poor to eradicate umemployment,conflicts and poverty.Central govts can play a Coordinator/Organiser/Controller/Policymaker role, but State or Provincial Govts shd do the rest! Central govts or State govts can find their own funds/ways to go further.
If India,SL de-centralise most of the powers/duties/Finance to local bodies, then they can reduce energy use,travel expenses, conflicts, time and resources.Central govts can have only
President/VPs(CMs) and Foreign Minister,Trade Minister,Envt.Minister,Defence Minister etc. But for example ,Rajya saba in India is an extra burden to the economy.But "People Opinion Poll Dept"(Majority OPD/Minority OPD shd be there!) shd be created and included with Statistics Central Bureau/Election Commission etc!in national/state level.
Think about all MPs from Loksaba/Rajyasaba flying to Delhi 24 times/ year.How much fuel energy saved if they can do their most of their business at state/ home by internet services and use their valuable rest time in agriculture, education,entertainment as well as family matters.
Will the power hungry politicians of Asia in the central power machine allow this to do? They should do sooner rather than later!!!
